Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase, deposit, reservation, or refund obligation.
If paid preorders or reservations become available, the applicable payment and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout.
Official Checkout Channels
Payments are processed through official checkout channels. Product browsing, cart, checkout, payment, taxes, shipping, discounts, and order creation may be powered by Shopify and related payment partners.
Payment card information is entered in Shopify checkout and should not be treated as collected by POND unless POND later gains access to it.
Order Cancellations
After purchases open, cancellation eligibility may depend on order status, fulfillment timing, and whether the product has shipped.
To request cancellation, contact harry@pondwinder.com with the email used for purchase and your order details.
Refund Requests
Refunds, if approved, will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
Products may need to be returned in original condition with all included materials before a refund is issued.
Returns, Replacements, and Warranty
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with order details and photos so we can review the issue.
Refunds, cancellations, returns, replacements, and warranty coverage are governed by the applicable product policy, merchant policy, and applicable law.
