By creating an account, connecting a POND device, purchasing products, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, hardware features, or related services.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
POND Hardware and Device Control
The app allows provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and control of compatible POND watch winder devices.
Use POND hardware according to product instructions, safety guidance, and applicable law.
Bluetooth and Network Setup
Setup may require Bluetooth, nearby-device permissions, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
Setup success depends on hardware state, firmware, phone settings, router and network conditions, and backend availability.
Watch Profiles and User Content
You may add watch data, preferences, notes, and images.
You represent that you have rights to any content you provide and that it does not violate the rights of others.
Commerce and Shopify Checkout
Products, variants, prices, availability, discounts, shipping, taxes, payments, and checkout may be powered by Shopify and related payment partners.
Orders are subject to applicable merchant, payment, shipping, refund, and warranty policies.
Payments, Refunds, Returns, and Warranty
Payments are processed through official checkout channels.
Refunds, cancellations, returns, replacements, and warranty coverage are governed by the applicable refund or warranty policy and applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer restricted service components, use the service unlawfully, or compromise device or security controls.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.
Service Availability and Third Parties
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, hardware conditions, third-party outages, or events outside our control. Third-party services, including Shopify, authentication providers, hosting providers, app stores, and payment processors, may have their own terms and privacy practices.
